Chicken Chorizo and Orzo on Chicken Thighs

  1. Salt and Pepper Chicken
  2. Sear in pan with 2 oz of butter
  3. Flip after about 6 min and transfer pan into 400 degree oven until cooked through. 10-15 min
  4. Remove Chicken from pan
  5. Add butter, onion and garlic. Saute about 4 min. Add Chorizo and cook through.
  6. Add Orzo and toast
  7. Add Chicken Broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until pasta is soft.
  8. Add Chicken backing pan
  9. Finish with Lime Zest
